Football Governing Body FIFA has banned Uruguay striker Luis Suarez from all International football activities for four months. after biting an opponent at the on going FIFA World Cup in Brazil, in addition he was also fined $112,000. FIFA announced on Thursday 26th June 2014 that the Uruguay national Team player Suarez will also be suspended from any football-related activity for four months, the development came after he was found guilty of biting his opponent during one of the world cup fixtures.
According to the Football governing disciplinary committee Claudio Sulser “Such behavior cannot be tolerated on any football pitch and in particular not at a FIFA World Cup, when the eyes of millions of people are on the stars on the field,” said in a statement.”
This is not the first time he will engage in such occurence.
